International Shipping
We offer free shipping on all international orders over $80!
Select the "Standard Shipping" option during checkout, and the discount will be automatically applied. Please be aware that additional duties and taxes may be required before your order can be released from customs, depending on your country's regulations.
Returns and Exchanges
We take pride in handcrafting our products to deliver the highest quality to our customers. Each item is carefully checked before it is shipped. However, if you're unsatisfied in any way, please don't hesitate to contact us at olkibeauty@gmail.com. Our friendly customer support team will guide you through the process and address any questions or concerns you may have.
Please note that satin products, including pillowcases, bonnets, sleep masks, scrunchies, and face masks, are considered personal-use products due to direct skin and hair contact. For hygiene and safety reasons, these items are not eligible for a full refund once opened or used.
If you wish to return one of these products and it is not the result of an Olki Beauty error, you may still do so within 30 days of purchase, but only 50% of the product cost will be refunded.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs in these cases.
